You can start your day with a flavorful fruit smoothie like this Banana-Mango Smoothie Recipe. It is as delicious as breakfast and also serves well as an afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Peeled Mango Cubed
  • 3/4 Cup Sliced Banana Ripe
  • 2/3 Cup Milk Fat-free
  • 1 Tbps Dry milk Optional
  • 1 Tbps Honey
  • 1/4 Tbps Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Arrange the mango cubes on a baking sheet. Freeze to make it firm. Place frozen mango and other ingredients in a blender. Process them until they become smooth.
