Carrot orange smoothie Recipe 2019

This cold busting Carrot orange smoothie is nourishing, zippy, and creamy. It is packed with vitamins and will help keep your immune system healthy.

Ingredients

  • 1 Orange Peeled and segmented
  • 3/4 Cup Carrot Peeled and chopped
  • 3/4 Cup Mango chunks Frozen
  • 1/2 Tbps Fresh Ginger Minced
  • 1 Cup Vanilla almond mil Unsweetened
  • A Handful of Ice cubes As needed
  • A good dash of ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add the orange, carrot, mango, ginger, cinnamon, and milk to a blender and process until smooth. Add ice cubes as desired. Serve immediately!

Notes

You can add sweetner of your choice.
