Corrections and data questions
If a recall is filed in the wrong place, a company name is wrong, or a page is missing something the official notice contains, email [email protected]. Please include the recall number (it is printed on every recall page, for example F-1234-2026) and a link to the page. Most corrections are made within two working days.
Manufacturers, distributors and retailers
Recall records come from the FDA and USDA and we cannot remove a record that the agency has published. If a recall has been terminated or its status has changed, the change appears here after the agency updates its data, usually within a day of our next sync. If you believe a record misidentifies your company, email us with the recall number and the correction; we will check it against the source and fix our copy.
