Search every FDA and USDA recall on record by product, brand, company, lot number, UPC or NDC.
How to check
- Food: type the brand or product ("cream cheese", "Marketside salad") or the UPC from the barcode.
- Medication: type the drug name ("losartan") or the NDC printed on the label. Then compare your lot number with the recall page.
- Company: type the manufacturer to see every recall they have issued.
Nothing found? Recalls appear here once the FDA classifies them, usually within a few weeks of the company's announcement. USDA meat and poultry recalls appear the same day.
