Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information livehealth.store collects, why, and what choices you have. We collect as little as we can: you can use every page on the Site without creating an account or giving us any personal information.

Information we collect

• Email alerts. If you subscribe, we store your email address, the topic you chose, whether you confirmed the subscription, and the date. We do not collect a name or anything else with it.
• Contact. If you email us we keep the message and your address for as long as needed to answer it and to keep a record of corrections.
• Server logs. Like every website, our host records the IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of each visit. Logs are used for security and troubleshooting and are deleted on a rolling basis.
• Analytics. We may use an analytics service to count visits and see which pages are read. Where analytics are enabled they are configured to anonymise IP addresses and are not used to identify you.
• Search queries. Recall check searches are processed to return results and may be counted in aggregate to improve the Site. They are not tied to you.

Cookies and advertising

The Site itself sets no tracking cookies. Third-party advertising partners, such as Google AdSense, may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies is described at policies.google.com/technologies/ads, and you can opt out of personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com or through aboutads.info. You can also block cookies in your browser; the Site works without them.

How we use information

To send the alerts you asked for, to answer your messages, to keep the Site secure and running, and to understand in aggregate how it is used. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers who host the Site, deliver email or serve analytics and advertising on our behalf, or where the law requires.

Your choices and rights

• Every alert email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes your address from the alerts list.
• You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it by emailing [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.
• California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and opt out of sale; we do not sell personal information. Residents of the EU, UK and other jurisdictions with data-protection laws have equivalent rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection; the same email address handles them.

Children

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has subscribed to alerts, email us and we will delete the address.

Security and retention

Subscriber data is stored on our web host behind standard access controls and transmitted over HTTPS. Confirmed subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe; unconfirmed addresses are deleted automatically. Correspondence is kept for two years.

Changes

We will post any changes here and update the date at the top of the page. Material changes to how we use subscriber email addresses will be announced by email.
