Reason for recall
Supplier provided ingredient (pretzel breading) was SUSPECT for Listeria species, but no further confirmation was performed to confirm the suspect result. Lot number of ingredient in question: 0924032501
Listeria monocytogenes can grow at refrigerator temperatures. Infection is most dangerous for pregnant women, newborns, older adults and people with weakened immune systems. Symptoms can appear up to 70 days after eating contaminated food.
