Reason for recall
World Foods, LLC, Florida is recalling multiple cut fruit and salsa products that contain Daniella Mangoes distributed by Splendid Products that have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The products were distributed in Florida only.
Salmonella causes fever, diarrhea and abdominal cramps, usually 12 to 72 hours after eating contaminated food. Most people recover without treatment, but severe cases can need hospital care.
