Reason for recall
Product contains sildenafil and tadalafil. Clermont, Florida – A&P Creations LLC is recalling X10 Natural Enhancement Supplement to the consumer level because it has been found to contain undeclared sildenafil and tadalafil. Sildenafil and tadalafil are active ingredients in the FDA-approved prescription drugs Viagra and Cialis, respectively, used to treat erectile dysfunction. FDA approval of Viagra and Cialis is restricted to use under the supervision of a licensed health care professional. These undeclared ingredients may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs, such as nitroglycerin, and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels. People with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease often take nitrates. As of September 14, 2026, A&P Creations LLC has not received any reports of adverse events related to this recall. The recalled product be identified as follows: Product Description Lot Number Expiration br> Date X10 is a liquid product packaged in a red and gold box containing 7 red lightning bolt-shaped sachets, 15 mL each (105 mL total), with UPC 7708075247094. The original Spanish-language package identifies the product as “X10” and describes it as “Bebida energizante” (energy beverage).
