Reason for recall
Food Standards Scotland (FSS) has ordered all cheese from Errington Cheese to be pulled from distribution after detection of O157 and O157 E. Coli.
Some strains of E. coli, such as O157:H7, produce a toxin that can cause severe stomach cramps, bloody diarrhea and, in a small number of cases, kidney failure.
