Reason for recall

The supplier received flour from General Mills that was contaminated with E. Coli O121. This flour was used to manufacture flour "breader" blends at Newly Weds Foods. Recall started on 7/7/16.

Some strains of E. coli, such as O157:H7, produce a toxin that can cause severe stomach cramps, bloody diarrhea and, in a small number of cases, kidney failure.
