Reason for recall

Surveillance of reagent stability for specific lots of DRI Cocaine Metabolite Reagent show an unexpected decreasing change in the reaction rate, indicating a faster than expected reagent degradation.

Potency and specification recalls happen when a batch tests outside its approved limits for strength, purity or dissolution, which can mean the dose delivered is higher or lower than labelled.
